Research Profile

My research delves into the mechanisms and challenges of knowledge and technology transfer within business organization and
entrepreneurship contexts. By employing qualitative, quantitative, and computational models, I aim to unravel its complexity. My
work aspires to enrich the knowledge transfer literature while assessing its influence on interorganizational relationship.
Specifically, I focus on two main areas: Challenges and Issues: I apply information and organizational theories to examine factors
influencing individual behavior in conflicting institutional logics, the personalization and codification of knowledge, digital
collaboration, the role of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, barriers and enablers, and decision-making
processes. Technology-based Entrepreneurship: This area explores knowledge sharing in high-tech entrepreneurship, emphasizing
the evaluation and development of collaborative platforms, social interactions, digital innovation, and social networking.
