Research Profile

The purpose of my research that is testing Xbee topology star implemented in Building Automation System (BAS). The use of BAS is
expected to enhance the management capability of the energy of a building. Wireless technology on this research by utilizing the
Zigbee wireless network that benefits in terms of flexibility. The method I use is to read the parameters of RSSI (Received Signal
Strength Indicator) from each sensor node to coordinator node via Xctu software. The data displayed on the web-based interface in
real time, where each data transmitted by the sensor node is stored on the database server.
